So this post really isn't about running, or reading. It's a pity party for me. For the past 2 years, we (me, Shaun, Ashlee, Momma & Daddy) have gone to Biloxi & NOLA for Mardi Gras (weekend before Mardi Gras).
Here are a few pics from the past couple of years...
This year, Sami started getting sick the week we were supposed to leave. By Thursday night, I started feeling a little puny myself. So, here I sit- Saturday night during the Endymion Krew Parade- in my bed in Alabama. Needless to say, I'm sad. I guess there is always next year, right?
Anyway, I guess I need to update my 50 before 5 while I'm feeling OK.
